What Krossus did also worked for me. In my case i had only data. I just deleted that, restarted battlenet, it was still scanning.

I canceled the scan, it did some quick update as far as i could tell, didnt even download anything , and it said game is playable. And playable it is. What Krossus did worked for me aswell. Deleted the 1kb Data Not and in my case and the Game is running normaly again. I have the same loop scanning problem with warzone. I have never had an issue with other clients only blizzard. I can honestly say I wont be buying games that use blizzard as a client in future.
