The Demon Hunter class blends trap-setting with devastating ranged weapon damage to pin the enemy into place then mow them down from afar. Expect explosions, massive volleys of arrows and rattling gunfire from this nimble dual-wielding character - bring agile fingers, however, if you want to stay alive long enough to dish out your poisonous power. You'll also have to manage two different power resources when playing the class, so it can be a tricky character to get started with. Dexterity is your friend as you battle your way to Level 70, so load up on as much of it as you can using the gear you pick up along the way.
With that said, make sure you stack plenty of Vitality onto your Demon Hunter as well. Despite the long-range nature of your weaponry, you're often required to dart in and lay down traps before dishing out the pain, and it can be very easy to find yourself caught up in a sticky fight and losing health fast. As well as focusing on these two stats, it's also worth putting a Ruby gem into your Head socket while you're levelling, as this will provide a nice boost to your experience gains.
You can use the Mystic to make the socket if you've unlocked the character, otherwise you'll just have to hope for a lucky drop. If the option's available to you, pop a Ruby into any weapon sockets as you fight your way towards max level, then replace it with an Emerald for a bigger overall damage bonus. More Games Diablo IV.

While Wizards are much more subject to the phrase "glass cannon," it's actually the Demon Hunter that gets killed on hardcore runs before any other class in the game. That number, of course, is largely due to headstrong rookies that aren't prepared for the difficulty of the game and do not understand how to truly utilize the Demon Hunter.
These builds have been battle-tested through the highest-level rifts in the game, so if you want to be one of the experts and not part of the problem, take a look at these ideas that walk the talk. Updated on April 23rd, by Hodey Johns: This article was written on the heels of a patch that significantly altered the game with how companions worked.
While players had an idea of what might work well on paper, practice has shown that some unexpected builds have risen to the top of the Greater Rifts.
The entries have been completely reworked to include a full list of items, skills, item stat priorities, and gameplay descriptions. As far as solo Greater Rifts go, this build is neck-and-neck with the Rapid Fire build and it may suit the style of Demon Hunters who are interested in a dagger-tossing instead of crossbolt-shooting kind of experience.
While the other DPS builds on this list rely on evasion and trying to avoid damage at all costs, the Shadow Impale Build sacrifices a little bit of damage for a whole lot of tanking through skills. Tanking to damage ratio isn't the only well-balanced part of the build, it excels against both mob damage and single targets.
